Understand yourself. Understand your alignment.
The Business DNA Report showed you the business. This one is about you — your natural strengths, your operating style, and how your Founder DNA aligns with the business you've built.

Every founder eventually asks this: am I the reason this works, or the reason it's stuck?
You've built something with its own way of deciding, executing, and holding up under pressure. But you have your own way too — your own strengths, your own blind spots, your own instincts about what to do next. Those two things are not automatically the same.
A business and its founder can be genuinely different — and both still be right. The question worth asking isn't whether you're a good founder. It's how well your natural way of operating fits the business you're actually running.
This report answers exactly that — but it builds on two things you'd need first.
This follows your Business DNA Report, which follows Business Pulse. Haven't started yet?
Get My Business Pulse Report — FreeIt's Called Your Human WHO
You have a DNA too.
Your natural strengths. Your instincts under pressure. The way you decide when the stakes are real — not the version you pitch to investors, the version that shows up when it's actually you in the room.
Human WHO — noun
The pattern you default to as a person — in how you decide, lead, and respond under pressure. Not your resume. Not your title. What actually happens when it's you making the call.
The Founder DNA & Alignment Report decodes your Human WHO, then places it next to your business's Organisation WHO — the one your Business DNA Report already showed you — to see how well the two of you actually fit.
Founder DNA × Business DNA → Alignment
What It Actually Shows You
Two things, side by side: who you are, and how well you fit.
About you — your Founder DNAStrengths
What comes naturally to you as a founder.
Vulnerabilities
Where those same instincts can work against you.
Decision patterns
How you actually decide when it matters.
Operating style
How you naturally lead, execute, and respond under pressure.
Alignment
Where you and the business naturally work well together.
Complementarity
Where your strengths support what the business needs, or the other way around.
Gaps
What the business needs that doesn't come naturally to you.
Friction
Where your instincts and the business's pattern pull in different directions.
You move fastest with a clear decision to make. Once the stakes are real, you're rarely the bottleneck — that's a bigger advantage than it gets credit for.
The friction shows up earlier, before things are clear. Where the business needs someone comfortable sitting in ambiguity, that's not where you're naturally strongest — and it's quietly costing more patience than anyone's noticed.
This isn't a flaw to fix. It's a gap worth knowing about, so it can be covered on purpose instead of by accident.
Illustrative example only — not drawn from real client data. Your report reflects your own alignment.
A great founder doesn't need to be naturally great at everything the business needs. You just need to know where those places are.
What This Is
(and Isn't)
A fit report, not a report card.
This is not a founder score, and it's not a judgment about whether you should remain CEO or founder. It doesn't classify you as a good or bad founder, and it doesn't predict whether you'll succeed. Difference from your business isn't automatically a problem — plenty of founders run businesses that don't naturally move the way they do, and run them well.
It simply shows you where you and the business align, where you complement each other, and where the fit needs more conscious attention — using fixed facts, not opinions or guesswork.
Here's who tends to find it most useful.
Who This Is For
For founders asking where they personally fit into what they've built.
Wherever you're coming from, here's where this sits in the bigger picture.
Where This Fits
Now you know what to do about it.
This is the third of four steps — where a business pattern becomes a personal one. One step still lies ahead: bringing this same understanding to everyone on your team, not just you.
Alignment ReportYou are here
Plenty of founders stop here too — this is real clarity on its own, not a step you need to finish for it to count.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to do Business Pulse and Business DNA first?
Yes. This report puts your Founder DNA next to your business's DNA — so the business side has to exist first. Business Pulse gives you the first signal; the Business DNA Report gives you the full picture of the business. Only then does "alignment" mean anything.
How is this different from the Business DNA Report?
The Business DNA Report is about the business. This one is about you — and specifically, how well your natural way of operating fits the business you've built.
Is this a co-founder compatibility test?
No. This report is about you and the business you're building, not about matching you with another person. Person-to-person fit — co-founders, managers, teams — is what Organizational Alignment is for, the step after this one.
Could this suggest I shouldn't be CEO or founder?
No — that's explicitly not what this does. It shows you where you and the business align and where the fit needs conscious attention. What you do with that is entirely your call; the report doesn't make that judgment for you.
What is this based on?
Like the other reports, this is built on fixed facts — your date and place of birth, alongside your company's own details — not opinions, surveys, or self-ratings, run through our own framework, called Energy Codes. To be upfront: this framework draws on centuries-old, time-based systems used to study patterns in people and organisations. We don't use it to predict your future or tell fortunes — we use it to understand fit, nothing more.
What happens after this report?
Organizational Alignment takes the same understanding and extends it to your whole team — every person's own Human WHO, and how well everyone fits together, not just you.
This starts with Business Pulse.
Founder DNA & Alignment is the third step — but only Business Pulse can show you where to begin. Free, five minutes, no survey.
